Wilhelm Sander

Wilhelm Sander is Transformation Director at ESCO Consultants overseeing as part of the Transformation Office internal change processes, M&A due diligence and integration of companies. With 16 years’ experience in cost engineering, due diligence, risk management and package management within the offshore wind industry Mr Sander managed multidisciplinary teams serving clients globally and contributing to JMCs growth story being part of JMCs management team from the early start. Prior to his current role he contributed to ESCO Consultantss’ growth as Shared Service Director driving the implementation and professionalization of the ESCO Consultants’s global HR, IT, Marketing, and ESG services.

Mr Sander graduated as industrial engineer at the University of Flensburg, Germany, and resides in Hamburg, Germany.
